HOMEONWER'S NOTE - Agent Ref / AR01
I absolutely love the morning view, the security and the space here. It’s a house that’s 40 feet up in the air, set over 2 floors with 3 bedrooms, 1 of which I use as an epic cinema room.
The neighbours are brilliant, and it’s just a fantastic environment to live in. You can literally roll out of one of three exits and within ten seconds you’re right in the hubbub of the restaurants and bars, but when you’re back home it’s secure and peaceful.
You’ve got the park, two gyms within 30 seconds, the cinema directly below you, and the supermarket is only about a 60-second walk from the block door. There’s also the library, loads of public parking for visitors, plus private parking as well.
It really is an idyllic, beautiful and quiet place to live, and I’ve absolutely loved it here.
The only reason I’m moving is because the South Coast has been calling for a long time. I’ve always wanted to live by the beach, and I’ve now got my apartment down there, which I’m really enjoying.
I’m excited for the next owner of number 21, as I know how much they will love it here.
ALEX’S TAKE
What sets No. 21 apart is the combination of space, outlook and location. 3 bedroom homes of this size are unusual in central Wokingham, particularly with accommodation across two floors, a private rooftop terrace, lift access and secure parking. It offers many of the practical benefits of a house while placing Elms Field and the town centre directly outside your door.
The main living level centres around a bright, open-plan kitchen, dining and living space. Floor to ceiling windows bring plenty of natural light into the heart of the home which leads out to the private rooftop terrace overlooking the park.
There is ample room to create separate areas for relaxing, dining and working while retaining the sociable, open feel of the space. The entrance hall also provides useful storage and a separate cloakroom.
Upstairs, you’ll find three well-proportioned double bedrooms. The main bedroom benefits from fitted storage and a sleek en-suite shower room, while another has been transformed into an impressive cinema room, finished with a twinkling star-effect ceiling.
A separate family bathroom completes the upper floor, where high ceilings and views across Elms Field add to the sense of space.
The building has secure entry and lift access, and the apartment comes with secure gated parking for one car and EV charging stations.
Wokingham’s shops, restaurants, leisure facilities and railway station are all within easy walking distance.
I look forward to showing you around.
