Alex Russell

I’m a director of Martyn Russell, the family estate agency my father started in Reading in 2000. With 19 years’ experience in the industry, I know the local market well and cover Earley, Woodley and East Reading.

Running a business behind the scenes takes time and energy, and I wanted to make sure that my focus remained firmly on my clients. Partnering with iad gives me the systems, technology and support I need to work independently while continuing to provide the personal service I believe clients deserve.

For me, that means dealing with the same person throughout the whole process. I carry out the valuation, oversee the marketing, conduct the viewings, negotiate the offer and stay closely involved right through to completion. One mobile number, one point of contact and someone who knows exactly where your sale stands.

I’m proud to combine my experience and knowledge of the local property market with a more personal, flexible approach to estate agency.

Outside work, I’m a father of two, enjoy playing tennis and coach my son’s football team.
