Hello, I’m one of the founding directors of Steeples | iad Estate Agents and your dedicated independent property consultant. Based at our Brighouse office, and covering the wider West Yorkshire area - Brighouse, Leeds, Huddersfield, and Halifax, and beyond - I’ve built a close understanding of the local property market, from the areas I grew up in to the communities I now work in every day.

What brought me into property was communication - or the lack of it. I saw family and friends struggling, whether it was getting a mortgage or dealing with the estate agency process, and I believed there was a better way to do it. That’s what drives me today: helping people find the right home and making the moving process as smooth as possible, whether that’s a first purchase, a family move, or downsizing to the next chapter. My background as a mortgage adviser gives me an added edge - I know what a genuinely mortgageable buyer looks like, and I can spot the early warning signs when a sale is starting to wobble, well before things fall apart.

Honesty sits at the heart of how I work. I’d rather have the hard conversation early than let a client find out the hard way later - accurate pricing, clear communication at every stage, and staying on top of problems before they derail a sale.
