Hi, I’m Antoinette, an independent property consultant with iad UK, and I genuinely love helping people move forward into their next chapter.

My professional journey began in finance, where I developed a strong eye for detail, organisation and client care. Those early years taught me the importance of trust, responsibility and understanding the real-life pressures that can come with major financial decisions.

I later moved into social care and addiction counselling, supporting both young people and adults through some of the most challenging periods of their lives. I also led teams, helped develop services, and qualified as an Assessor in Leadership & Management and Health & Social Care. These experiences strengthened my empathy, communication skills and ability to guide people calmly and confidently through complex situations.

Throughout my career, one thing has remained constant: I’m passionate about people, progress and creating opportunities.

Today, I bring all of that experience into property. I believe moving home is about far more than bricks and mortar - it’s about change, family, aspirations and new beginnings. My approach is built on honest advice, clear communication and a genuinely personal service.
