My background spans law, business, entrepreneurship and commercial negotiation - experience that now shapes the way I represent clients in property. Alongside my legal career, I have also been a small business owner in North London, giving me first-hand experience of the realities of entrepreneurship - from building relationships and winning customers to managing expectations and delivering results.
During my legal career, I worked with entrepreneurs, investors and high-net-worth individuals, advising on matters where significant financial, commercial and personal considerations often intersected. That experience taught me that property decisions are rarely just about the property itself. Clients need someone who listens carefully, understands the wider picture, communicates clearly and handles negotiations with discretion.
My legal and commercial background has taught me to examine the detail, understand risk and remain composed when negotiations become complex. For my property clients, that means considered advice, strong representation and a determined focus on getting the transaction successfully through to completion.
I chose to join iad because its model allows me to provide a highly personal and relationship-led service, while benefiting from the technology, marketing resources and wider network of an established international property organisation. It gives me the independence to build lasting client relationships while having the infrastructure and support to deliver a professional property service.
As your independent iad property consultant in Barnet and the surrounding area, I remain personally involved throughout the process. My aim is simple: to understand what you are trying to achieve, represent your interests properly and make the experience of buying or selling property as clear, well-managed and successful as possible.
