Danielle Cashmore

I bring over seven years of experience as a Director of BDLT Building Solutions Ltd, a family-run building maintenance company operating nationwide across a diverse range of sectors, including schools, academies, care homes and hotels.

Throughout my career, I’ve developed a strong passion for property and have always enjoyed seeing projects through from start to finish. My experience within the building and maintenance sector has given me valuable insight into properties, the importance of quality service and the needs of clients throughout the process.

Driven by my passion for property and supported by the iad model, I’ve now embarked on my estate agency journey. I’m excited to bring my experience, professionalism and relationship-focused approach to helping clients achieve their property goals.

Outside of work, family is incredibly important to me. I’m also actively involved with AFC Wolverhampton City, supporting the grassroots football community. When I’m not working or on the sidelines, you’ll usually find me enjoying country music or making the most of a good bottomless brunch!
