Born in East London, made in Cambridge and now established in St Neots, I’m the founder of N. J. Ahmed Property, powered by iad UK.

My experience spans residential sales, land and new homes, from helping individual homeowners move to working with developers and leading estate agency teams across East Anglia. Today, I bring that experience to a personal service covering residential sales, lettings, land and new homes, with a focus on St Neots and the surrounding villages.

My approach is straightforward: understand what you want to achieve, build a considered strategy and stay involved throughout. Thoughtful presentation, honest advice and clear communication underpin everything I do. Every home has a story; my job is to understand it and give buyers a reason to pay attention.

Away from property, I’m a husband and father of three, a regular at the gym and an occasional footballer when family life allows.
