Alongside my work in estate agency, I'm also an experienced property surveyor specialising in Stock Condition Surveys, Domestic Energy Assessments (DEA) and Retrofit Assessments. Having inspected thousands of properties throughout my career, I've developed a keen eye for detail and a deep understanding of what makes a property stand out, where value can be added, and how to present a home to achieve the best possible price.
