My name is Sujay Vijayasingh, and I began my real estate journey in mid-2020. From the outset, I partnered to launch a boutique agency specialising in off-market opportunities within the M25 - sourcing land for national housebuilders, securing income-producing assets, navigating probate sales, identifying ground-rent portfolios, and uncovering development opportunities.
