Hello! I’m Yian Phillips, an independent property consultant with iAD estate agents, based in Blackpool. Although my name has Welsh roots, I’m proudly Northern through and through and have long called Blackpool my home.

With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the property market, I’ve done it all - renovating, buying, selling, and letting properties, both on behalf of clients and as a landlord myself. I’ve also served as a director of two Right to Manage leasehold management companies, representing the interests of over 300 apartment owners. This role sharpened my negotiation skills and gave me deep insight into the leasehold sector.
